Gold Stone Comfort

I stayed at Hotel Goldstone Comfort, Dehradun, and had a very good experience overall. They allowed me early check-in, and although I had booked a Deluxe room, they generously upgraded me to a Superior room. The room was neat, clean, and the room service was very quick. The food was also tasty, and I appreciated the small touches like providing slippers. The manager at check-in was polite and well-behaved, which created a positive first impression. The only downside was that every time I ordered food, the room boy insisted on immediate payment, even though I had informed him that I would settle everything at checkout. He even carried a QR code for payment, which felt a bit unprofessional. Despite that, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dehradun, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

We have not provided with the same room which we have booked. Rooms were not clean at all. Bed sheets toilet seat was dirty. There was pillar in the room although there were so many empty rooms still they have given us the dirty one. Food was good and restaurant staff was good

I wanted to go with a better rating earlier but then the staff completely forgot to request a cab to the airport, which I specifically asked the day before. I had to book an ola at the last minute.

One of the decent place to stay with your family or business trips with the best food they offer in there very romantising rooftop restaurant. The food they serve is upto mark and the hospitality will be very homie to you. If planning a stay in dehradun this lowkey hotel is best

Rooms are good but services are poor. We ordered veg biryani but they served chicken biryani which is not as acceptable for vegetarian and then they are charging money from poor waiter, so we compensated them. Also, during checkout they added a food item that we haven't ordered.

The rooms are not good, high-rated like a 4-star hotel but it's like a 2-star hotel, the rooms are stinking, and not good, they had to spray deodorant several times. Breakfast is very limited. Restaurants are hardly open always booked for private parties and are very small too. They will give breakfast limited in the name of the buffet. Mosquitoes are like anything. Not a good stay, the staff were disrespectful I do not recommend this place for a stay or a restaurant. *A big NO*
