I booked rooms for a wedding, and after agreeing to the room charges, he falsely added extra fees. We had already informed him about the number of guests, but he charged us for unnecessary things. He was uncooperative and seemed focused only on making money by adding irrelevant charges. I am very disappointed with the service.

The hotel staff falsely insisted me to pay for washroom tap damage, claiming I broke the bathroom tap, even though it was already broken before we used it. He requested additional unauthorized payment and displayed inappropriate behavior.
