It is the best hotel middle of isbt bus stand to Dehradun railway station. Service and rooms are amazing. Rooms is very neat & clean. Staff is very helpful. Front office staff is polite and sincere. So I recommend this hotel.

Not accepted card payments and insisted on cash.Also charged extra for toiletries. This was a make shift hotel as my original booking was cancelled and provided a different one at the last moment. The room was less compared to my original booking. Got this booking via fab hotels from booking.com

Very bad experience. Went with my family Rooms were dirty Breakfast was not served first day.Second day street side Parathas were served when asked they told me we don't have kitchen.Staff was not attentive with your any request.Waste of money Disgusting property and staff.

Rooms are good but few rooms stinks. Online platform offers free breakfast/lunch/dinner with room rates but that is not the case.Food is very expensive.

I had an awful experience at this hotel, mainly due to the incredibly unprofessional and rude staff. From the moment I checked in, it was clear that customer service was not a priority here.

Very bad experience room and washroom not clean..... service are also late.....bed sheet not clean.....I waste my money... Bed hotel in dehradun..

Rooms smelled of cigarettes. Bathroom could be cleaner. No toiletries or tissues. Wouldn't recommend unless you have no other option.
