FabHotel AS Residency - Hotel in Kargi Chowk, Dehradun

The worst experience of Dehradun life time. Managing Staff are burglars. Facilities 0 Behaviour 0 Cleanliness 0 Be carefull and take everything in written from the so called hosting staff if any of your emergency dragged you by chance in this hell place of Nonsense people's.

The staff behaviour is the worst. They will try to scam you through multiple ways. Charged me half day rent for a late checkout of only one hour. Had opted for their cab service for Rishikesh where SUV was requested and agreed upon, but at the last moment they brought a small CNG sedan at the rate of SUV for FIVE PEOPLE WITH LUGGAGE. How were five people going to fit into that with so much of luggage? Real looters here. The property is disgusting as well. It is not connected to drainage system so everyday a truck sucks up all the human waste. It gets really smelly. YOU WILL DEFINITELY FIND A BETTER PROPERTY THAN THIS. Spend a few more money if needed to, but don't take your chances here.

Bad experience.... We have booked a complete hotel ...... For marriage function ..... When we had extra guest ... They didnt give extra bed and blanket for your guest ..... They were having extra spare bed and blanket but refused to give us ........... Our guest woke up all night without room ...... I want to tell them as in marriage function you didnt know how many guest will arrive ..... So they should need to co-operate.....

Wrost experience in dehradun... We have booked a double bed room , and the receptionist said that rooms are cleaned but when we entered the room then we saw that the bedsheet is so dirty and have some big dirty spots on it. I asked the management to change the bedsheet or shift the room But they didn't.... Washroom is also not cleaned after used.. The intercom and T.V are not working as well... If we want something,so I have to go down and ask them.... So i'll prefer that if you are in Kargi Chowk,so please don't book rooms in this hotel.....

It was my worst experience it was first time I book fab hotel and during the saty was my worst experience form team and your coustomer service team is also not helpful the towel were trone room smells and money other things I will not recommend as a guest

Hi Guys, Very very bad and pathetic experience I had ever face in my entire life. If there is any options to select lower then a single star then definately I will go for it.The staff had abused us on some issues.And further called police. Police were very cordial that matter shorted out. There was deal for three beding and paid d money but when asked they stated that there will be extra charge. When we denied they started abusing us...My experience was very bad..we left hotel early morning..never going to visit again..

Would have given 0 stars if possible. The room was dirty and the washroom had not been cleaned after use. The linen had stains on it. The intercom and TV were not working. The pillows were age old and broken. The lift was full of stains on spitting and spilling.

Worst hotel to stay. (If I could give it HALF a Star...I would have!!!) Really disappointed @FabHotels for suggesting such a bad hotel. Service (2/10) - Restaurant took 45 minutes to deliver TEA! Cleaning (1/10) - Old biscuits & wrappers in the cupboard. Dirty pillow covers. Bathrooms (2/10) - Jets not working. Facilities (3/10) - Extra matress (Not available) Had to sleep on a 3 inch convertible foam mattress. Really bad experience.
