Cygnett Inn Paras

We had booked the whole Hotel for our family as part of the Wedding Festivities.||Yash and his team were excellent. They were always available on call, paid attention to our every need and were very warm towards all our Guests.||Special mention to the food that was served. The non-vegetarian preparation was exquisite (especially Mutton and Fish) and everyone loved the desserts. ||To anyone who is planning to stay, go ahead and I am sure you will have a great experience as well.||Cheers!

Located near ISBT Dehradun. Around 20-30mins drive from Rajpur Road. Spacious rooms. Neat and tidy place. Food taste is good. Breakfast buffet have good options. Buffet was not there in dinner. Front desk was helpful with luggage and checkin/checkout etc. Restaurant service was fast but experience not great. Way of serving food not good. Housekeeping service not appreciated, requested for iron and iron board, staff advised me to use towel on table and iron clothes. Started to bathe and then found that body wash can fixed on wall is empty. Poor housekeeping staff.

The team led by the manager Mr Yash Pal has looked after the guest's in a very professional way. All the guest's were looked after by prompt and careful services. I wish all the best to them. Thank you for looking after the guests who were all praise for the hotel.

Positive Points 1. Ample parking space in front which is open and at basement 2. The checkin process was smooth and fast 3. The rooms are spacious and they come with a working desk 4. They have balcony which is accessible 5. Room service is quick bonus points 6. Breakfast is at 1st floor which is well planned and taste wise good 7. All amenities are available in the room

My parents stayed at Cygnett in Paras, Dehradun, on May 12, 2025, and it was a horrible experience. My father ate lunch, which made him unwell, so he skipped dinner. My mother had dinner, and both ended up with food poisoning. Clearly, the food at both meals was not fresh. The hygiene standards are unacceptable for a hotel of this level. This incident spoiled their trip, and I strongly recommend avoiding this place.

Unsafe Food, Terrible Experience On May 12, 2025, my parents stayed at this hotel and suffered food poisoning from the meals. My father had lunch, which upset his stomach, and my mother ate dinner, which made her ill. Both meals were clearly contaminated. The lack of proper food safety is shocking, and the overall service was disappointing. I advise others to steer clear of Cygnett in Paras

The hotel is really great, the staff has all the right courtesy, they have good customer handling knowledge and etiquettes. The breakfast buffet menu is nicely planned as per the weather and time of year Room dining options are fresh and gets serviced on time It really surpasses some of the best known hotels as well in terms of service. I would always prefer this hotel during my stay in dehradun. The location is also Central to places of requirement

Really enjoyed in cygnet inn paras.. overall beautiful hotel with great amenities..i think the best part is the extremely attentive staff from f&b service.. everyone communicated and created a great guest experience.. mr Rohan..mr sukur specially was a great server and helped alot to make our meal experience comfortable ...
