Comfort Inn Dehradun

We went there for a meeting then stay if needed. But the meeting finished early so I didn't get a chance to stay. During we ordered 3 plain coffees with amritsari aalu piyaz naan along with gravy. Every item was to our satisfaction. Staff was attentive and polight. If we go to Dehradun, most likely we will stay there. Cleanliness needs improvement. It's because of which I had given 3 star rating. Access is good. They have a basement for parking as well, which is a good option for a hotel to have.

The award for most pathetic service for a wedding ceremony goes to comfort inn. The food was served cold, DJ was stopped while the performance was been performed. The staff was rude and unresponsive, they charge extra after the function is completed. They will warn to pay the extra amount as well and threaten to call police if you don't pay the extra amount they added . The worst management and worst staff with bad food quality. If you want to spoil and make a mockery of your wedding , please come here.

The area is bit away from the happening places of Dehradun. Staff behavior is very casual. Not up to Choice Hotel standards. The restaurant staff behaviour also expected to be better. The service at breakfast time is very poor. All the staff from front desk to restaurant do not show any intrerest in treatment of guests. The water pressure in bath room shower area is very poor.. no much choice for breakfast. Only plus point is they have whole day "happy hours" in their bar. One free for two drinks..

Worst experience!! No water in the washroom after complain also it got stopped ! I have to shift the hotel in morning

Overall good for events. Foood is good. Decor is top notch.
