Worst experience ever.. lock not working Tv not working Water irregular Water mixer not working Fan regulator not working Worst Staff behaviour Only 2 staff members in whole property Ravi arrogant Pawan not helpful, cross questioning Whole night a group was partying with loud music system and shouting in the stairs case.. even till 5am in the morning.. Repeated requested for peace.. When raised question.. with staff.. Pawan told us it's a normal scenario.. Pawan even miss handled the luggage.. on thr stair case.. and left it unattended in thr parking lot.. Plz plz never ever book a stay here..

The staffs are thieves ...stole money during cleaning process if you go there just take care of your belongings and don't get your room cleaned

Most friendly and helpful reception staff, first impression of the hotel was beautiful and luxurious. Everything about the hotel was extraordinary. It was clean, stylish, spacious with excellent service. The room was very comfortable. The food was good and very good value for money and the service was attentive and efficient. I forgot to mention about the garden and the playground. Very peaceful and romantic!!
