Very neat, clean and comfortable hotel. Rooms were tidy, spacious and comfortable, bedding was good too as well as washroom was well maintained. Great service by Mr. Kapil. Location of the hotel is great as well, walking distance from zoo and various famous cafes. Hospital is nearby as well and city center is also not very far, easily accessible by vehicle.

My stay was decent overall, but there are a few areas that need improvement. The hotel should definitely provide basic amenities like water and towels to guests, as these are essential for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the hot water kettle in the room would have been appreciated. The cleanliness of the bedsheets was not up to standard, and they could have been fresher. I hope the hotel can address these issues to ensure a more pleasant experience for future guests.

The stay was good! But few things could have been better like: 1. No towel in the washroom. 2. No mirror in the room. 3. Chai coffee service was too late. 4. Also there was no dustbin in the room.
