Worst hotal , I wisted with family staff is very bad Bad bahevior Food quality very bad

I recently hosted my engagement ceremony at the Himalayan Hotel, and it was an exceptional experience. The three-day stay for our guests was seamless, with impeccable arrangements. The engagement decoration was particularly outstanding, adding a special touch to the event. I must commend Mr. Pankaj, the manager, for his excellent service and attention to detail, contributing significantly to our memorable celebration. Highly recommend this venue for any special occasion.

The rooms were a little small. but were kept very clean and the room cooling was good too. The bathrooms were pretty spacious. The establishment is close to most of the banquets and farm houses hosting marriages and function. Also liquor shops were within 2km range. Although rooms should be more soundproof as we ended up waking the front neighbour.

Rooms were not ready by the checkin time . Pillow covers / bed sheets were oil stained .. washroom not clean , toilet is black stained. Room cleanliness was also not good . Request to plz look into basic cleanliness of room

Room was very small but was neat & clean. Couldn't get dinner or breakfast due to peak season rush. Parking space available for atleast 10 cars. Whereas, approx 23 room are there. Hotel Building is new and well maintained.

I have stayed 3 night and 4 days here. And it's a enough time to analyse all In and out. All the traind staff are very capable to handle individual to crowd. Good size rooms are very clean and attached toilets too. Ample space for parking and easy approach to road makes this easy choice. hotel is well equipped with power backup, RO water system and centrally water heating system. I would love to recommend it

Had booked dinner during booking. Reached hotel at 22.40, though already informed in the afternoon about delay, we're served the dinner half baked rotis and half baked dal... That is all Bed sheets were not as clean as they should have been

I had to think a lot before rating this place as I was not sure if this place is fit enough to be rated as a hotel or some sort of average boarding/lodging. Also, its clear that people who run this place have not learnt anything from all the feedback/reviews here on google. All the feedback, reviews thats available here about the lack of hygiene, unclean wash rooms, bed sheets, pillows, dusty floors, bad food, insensitive and untrained staff -- all that is true. So, nutshell, if you are looking for a 'hotel' want a comfortable stay at a nice clean place and can pay little more with some basic amenities like clean room, clean bed, washroom, hot water, food hygiene- a running clean kitchen, wifi etc then this is not the place you should pick.
