Hotel chandraa celebrations

We ordered paneer butter masala, it was pathetic, was like they just boiled the onion tomato gravy and served it. This hotel just looks luxurious, even a newbie inside a kitchen could make better food than them , most of the 5 star reviews are from owners friends to maintain good reviews

Horrible food, unclean rooms, unsupportive staff we were brought the wrong order twice and on asking the waiter on his mistake they got aggressive and cursed back at us, we were kicked out at 10 pm while we were in the middle of our dinner and they lied and said we need to close up please leave, when the place is clearly an inn and is supposed to be open till atleast 11pm and it was written on the mennu and the service cards that they were open till 11pm. We asked politely if we can wait in the lobby till out cab comes but they were not only rude but also abusive, The staff spoke rudely to us and didn't even help escort us outside with our luggage while it was less than 5 degrees outside, while they were still checking in ppl inside the hotel. Never have i ever been dissapointed with a hotel so bad, would definitely not recommended anyone to visit the place. The person on duty his name was Revansh who was mannerless and useless aswell.

Good food and service. If you're waiting for your bus and need a good place to visit, I'd recommend coming here.

The hotel can easily be Located as it is at walking Distance from the ISBT. The staff at reception is very much polite and enthusiatic, The rooms are very good, the food is delicious, they have proper Parking facility, overall a good experience.

Very dirty room , not properly cleaned by staff before giving to us . Washroom was full of dust and vomit stains. Not hygienic at all , bad odour and towels are full of gutka n pan masala spits . Very bad experience and staff is incompatible.

I visit in hotel first of all the ambience is great, the furniture is very good and comfortable, very hygienic and cleanliness restaurant, after that I have some confusion to place my order but the service staff is very helpful and supportive, the service guy advice what they have in special in menu and also mention the food preparation time, the food preparation is very very excellence, the chef prepration, garnishing, and quality of food . I will try to visit again and again very good food and excellent service
