The service was quite good. The location is also very easy to find. But the only problem is the cleanliness. The wardrobes are dirty, the toilets are even dirtier. That's the only problem i have. One of the bad experiences I've had in any hotel.

Location is perfect for getting to the bus stand, only 5 minutes walk away. Rooms are tidy, clean and great value for money. Staff were helpful with very quick service.

The service here is the worst. No water for 5 hours even after complaining multiple times, unhygienic kitchen with no amenities to eat food ordered, sink cloaked with food and soiled dishes, foul smell, no food, no places nearby to get your food. Everything is too far from scenic spots and no conveyance to wander around. The stay supervisor got us to cancel our stay through booking website and booked us offline for 3 days in the same amount. Worst place to ruin your holiday for. Wouldn't ever recommend or come here again.

Very bad experience our brand New helmet got stolen and the owner reply CCTV not working properly. And also demand extra charges after online booking. Very bad experience, don't recommend anyone

Rooms were cozy and comfortable, nice and clean. Other services such as the WiFi weren't up to the mark though. Location is prime and close to the main road

The best service provides by the all staff and the all the areas are cleared and well managed. I think it is perfect accommodation near to ISBT Dehradun.I hope I will visit here again in future..
