Super Hotel O ISBT Dehradun

I had an extremely disappointing stay at this OYO hotel from March 30th to April 3rd. I ended up checking out early because of numerous issues that were completely unacceptable. The hotel did not provide any of the amenities promised in the OYO description. The TV was not working, the Wi-Fi was down for the entire duration of my stay, and there was no drinking water available despite being listed as an amenity. The worst part was the condition of the washroom, which was completely unhygienic. It was filthy, with no proper maintenance or cleaning. To make matters worse, there were no CCTV cameras in place, leaving the security of the guests in question. This made me feel extremely unsafe. Overall, this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I strongly advise against booking this property. It's a waste of money and, quite frankly, a health and safety risk. Avoid it at all costs!

Doesn't even deserve a single star. Worst hotel, I have ever seen. The hotel rooms are stinking. The big sheets are dirty. Washroom is filthy. The towels they have provided are very dirty. Their food menu sucks. Think hundred times before you are booking this room, all fake reviews. Don't ever come here. Please save your money. Save your time.

I booked this hotel through OYO and paid full amount from 21st to 24th December. My mother and wife stayed in that hotel. The rooms were stinking, the linen and blanket were smelling as if they had not been shown any sun. Nor have they been dry cleaned. My mother in law checked out after one day only. Hotel refused to refund and the OYO wanted to know the reason for not staying. Don't think they will refund me but I care a damn.

Totally disgusting experience. Price is not worth it.Pictures available online of the hotel were different from the reality of the rooms.Room and bathroom were in very bad condition and there was no hygiene level in the hotel .I booked hotel for 1500 and didnt even stayed there for an hour and when i asked for refund they totally denied for it. Adding the real photos of the room.

Never book this third class oyo hotel. Yes this is a oyo hotel . By mistake i had booked 2 rooms for 2 people instead of 4 so they charged us extra money at checkin time but this is not the problem . Even after giving extra chage they did't provide cattle for hot water . Room as too dirty . Bucket was broken in room.

Already shared on oyo the photos and real rooms are far way away from reality. Staff, service and food are ok types but the quality of rooms are really pathetic. Don't get fooled by these online pictures. I am feeling like a fool don't want you guys to feel same. I really didn't cared about reviewing the things but from now as I am having this power I will try to save everyone and right now my level on Google reviewer is 5 so you can trust me travelling person. It's really pathetic to get fooled by these online pathetic apps and hotels.

It's a good hotel I visited there and I loved there services but the location was not so good and the food they provide is so costly but it's good
