Room cleanliness was pathetic Staff was not well mannered they don't know how to knock door Bathroom was bad in condition Bedsheet unhygienic not washed In side room used cigarette were found Cost was high as per bad service

Worst ever oyo experience, first they didn't allow me to check in at 1 pm which is 1 hour post the standard check in time, they said I can check in after 4 pm, and they will keep my bag in room, that too didn't happen. Now let's talk about their pathetic service, when I reached all exhausted in the hotel, the manager was talking in phone and was not responding to me, when I was agitated after waiting for half and hour, he gave me a used dirty room, with dirty pillows, bedsheets, and a used towel. Even after requesting many times he didn't changes anything. In the morning I had to leave for airport and no one bothered to open the locked gate, the manager's phone was switched off. I had to climb off the wall to leave. Thirdly, the cctvs in the hotel, all were switched off. I am sure there's something illicit activity going on in the hotel.

You can consider this hotel if your budget is under 500. Rooms are small and walls are faded. Sanitation is decent and bathrooms are also clean. So many Rats are there so be cautious about your bags they may cut your luggage or clothes Staff is average or below average. Location is Good..just 500m from higway.

Really pathetic stay rooms were as bad as they could be. I understand the price is low but still the room condition was very bad. The location is a good peaceful area but condition of rooms is very bad

They charged extra 200 rupees extra above the listed price on site. Rooms were not at all clean. They hide all beer bottles under the bed. Dirty sheets , broken taps, broken door locks, no breakfast provided although they claimed free breakfast on the site. No proper water supply. One guest checked out because of this in the middle of the night. Location is inside residential area Try considering booking your room somewhere else.

Fungs/ mold filled rooms. Flies and insects are there. The washrooms aren't clean either. Theres a continous stink that comes from the rooms. They should just not be allowed to operate . It should be shut down.

The walls of the room were damp the paint was coming off also they were pretty dirty and along with that the bed's head rest was also very dirty. They also did not provide even the basic soaps and hand wash and water.

Worst oyo i have ever checked into. Non supportive staff nothing. Dirty rooms with alcohol bottle of the last guest still in the room. All the rooms are filled damp walls and humidity. Fungus and molds on the beds. No ventilation nothing. Had an incident with the abusive property manager aswell. And into this covid 19 situation nobody was carrying mask. Nothing to cover the face. I wish i could attach the videos of the staff and pictures of the molds on the bedsheets.
