Hotel abodes Clement

They are scammers.I booked this hotel from their website,later when I called the number ( provided by the website) they said no hotel is available in dehradun.Later when I asked how to cancel my booking, the owner started behaving Rudely and cut the call.Again I called on second number that person was same too.They are scammers ,will lodge an cyber complaint too against this hotel.

Very very unhygienic rooms n there was no hot water, as I booked 15 rooms for 2 nights for my wedding. Morning all guest were complaining for water and washroom door were broken, buckets were so dirty n mugs were broken. Morning I called to Mr. Rajiv as he is manage or GM he was not responding till 12pm, I asked at the reception. Where is MrRajiv they told he has headache. We went for pleasure not for these hustles. Don't book these room as per pictures it's totally opposite very unhygienic rooms n washrooms were like public toilets. Very bad experience.

1. Worst experience till now. 2. Overpriced 3. Hand Pump was broken 4. No geyser. 5. Bedsheet has holes. 6. No handwash, toothbrush, sandal was provided.

It was again a decent stay! Hotel was not properly cleaned . 3 stars for the washroom only . It was the best they got. Rooms are kinda okay for the price i paid .

Room is hygenic but equipment and hotel is very old and not maintained well. Food is excellent. Service is excellent. Location is excellent.

Staff is helpful and cooperative. Food was not available in the hotel at that time but outside food was allowed.

The best hotel in dehradoon, service of staff is very polite, they provide good hospitality. You can recommend this hotel when you will visit in dehradun, location on main highway.

It was a good experience so i will suggest to my friends n family to stay on this property.
