Winterfell Stays Mussoorie

Wonderful stay. Amazing view from balcony. Food was also awesome. Resort staff Mr Prince and Mr Nivesh was very helpful and supportive. We dint opt for a guide as their guidance were enough. Very much recommended stay in this resort.

Had an amazing time at this hotel! The room was cozy, with an incredible view, and the balcony was perfect for relaxing. The service was fantastic--super friendly staff who made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Mussoorie!

Seriously if you want best of best hotel in Landour area go blindly...the location...the food ...the staff each and everything is fantastic...it is new property but well maintained and no issues like dirty bed sheets...curtains etc...it is far far better than overhyped hotels nearby...the best thing is you can easily go mall road...lal tibba..clicktower in just few minutes.. Nivesh Rawat and another guy on reception..these guys are best...if you are facing any difficulty like going to famous places in Landour and even in Uttrakhand...they will help you like brother...excellent behaviour...thank you from my side...must try their food...best food they have...must must visit

Rooms are spacious and clean, located near Mall road. If you want a nice and clean hotel room in the city: it's the place, if you want quite and scenic resort better go to ouside of the city.

Disappointing Experience - Not Recommended I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights with my family, booking it based on a 4.9 rating and positive reviews on Google. However, my experience was far from satisfactory. Positives: The hotel allowed early check-in, which was convenient. The room initially appeared spacious and clean. Issues Faced: 1. Intercom Malfunction: Upon check-in, the intercom in the room was not working. I had to personally visit the reception to address this issue. Although they replaced the intercom unit, it was an inconvenience. 2. Hot Water Problem: On the second day, the hot water tap in the bathroom stopped working. After complaining, I was asked to use another room's bathroom, which was highly uncomfortable. Later, the tap started working, but with very low pressure, forcing me to wait 20-25 minutes to fill a bucket for a shower. 3. Room Cleaning: I requested a room change after these issues but was told they had resolved the problems. When I returned in the evening, I found that the room hadn't been cleaned. I had to wait while they cleaned the room in my presence, which felt unprofessional and frustrating. 4. Post Check-Out Incident: After checking out and paying all dues, I received a call claiming I hadn't paid for a heater I didn't even use. When I asked them to verify with their staff, they apologized and ended the call. Staff Behavior: While the staff was polite and trained to handle situations diplomatically, their inability to meet basic service expectations left a bad impression. Verdict: I do not recommend this hotel, especially for families. The lack of professionalism and unresolved issues overshadowed any positive aspects of my stay.

Recently we stayed in this hotel. It was a good stay.The staff were friendly, accommodating, and willing to help with a smile.Rooms are so spacious and clean. And mainly the food was so so Delicious kudos to the chef (Athul). Such a wonderful stay. Thank you ppl.
