Went to celebrate my birthday. Earlier the price decided was later denied owned asked for extra 500 per person for pool and 1000 per night for speaker. Budget was destroyed

We stayed here for new year celebration and left today Rooms are cool but water geyser not working and we complain about it though unresolved. Food is absolutely yummy. This homestay has working WiFi The location is very far from Dehradun city but that makes is ideal for short vacation. Sun is very bright unlike NCR which is dusted with pollution. Overall, nice tiring experience

Had an amazing time in the resort with my friends and had a great evening overlooking bhadraj mountain range. Newly built resort when we went resort surroundings and pathway were still under development. Would love to come back again and definitely would recommend it to all bagpack travellers and families.||||Rooms are equipped with modern AC/TV/Wi-Fi facility as well and parking is free for visitors and guests.

Excellent luxurious affordable family weekend place to rejuvenate yourself. It's the best cottage to stay around #Koti uttrakhand. Romentic vibe. Beautiful sunrise view. Rooms service was good. all staff members are soft spoken. Rooms are great and hygienic. Enough car parking space and safe. Pet friendly. Swing and outdoor swimming pool.

This is a beautiful place to stay. We visited the place last weekend with a friend & his family. The best thing is that the calmness of the place is very nice. View of green Bhadraj Mussoorie mountain range is mesmerizing. ||||Staff is good & helpful. The owner is committed to provide best services.||||Hope to visit again soon.

Resort is newly built and we spent 4 nights in the resort in August 2022. Staff is helpful and cooperative and host is lovely and jolly personality. We had great time relaxing and distressing from our day to day life. Would definitely recommend to all family & friends.
