Excellent Stay with Family - Highly Recommended! I recently stayed at this hotel in Dehradun with my family, and I must say, it was one of the best hotel experiences we've had. The entire staff was incredibly kind and helpful, making our stay truly comfortable. A special thanks to Utsav at the reception--he was very polite and supportive from the moment I booked the room over the phone. He handled everything smoothly and made sure our check-in process was hassle-free. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, offering everything we needed for a pleasant stay. We also had dinner at the hotel, and the food was simply awesome--fresh, tasty, and served with warmth. This is a new property and beautifully maintained. The best part is its prime location on Mussoorie Road, which is a lively and happening area with easy access to key attractions. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dehradun. Looking forward to staying here again!

We recently stayed at Hotel Prominence for 2 nights while attending a wedding, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and perfect for such special occasions. I stayed at the Prominence for a night. I was travelling up north and had stayed overnight at Dehradun. Rooms: The rooms were quite decent. Everything was working fine & my room was spacious. Food: I found the food pretty ordinary. I know some people have liked their food but I found the breakfast & the dinner just about average. Staff/Service: Their service was outstanding. Right from the receptionist to the administrative staff, everyone was extremely helpful, kind & offered a smile. I wanted to specifically call out the names of Kajal & Neha for helping us with everything we reached out to them for.

I am on my way back as I write this to you, the hotel is seriously a relaxing place in the city. No disturbance, no pollution, just heart filled with love and service. It has been one of the best stays with premier rooms, healthy breakfast and on the toes staff like Mr. Thapa, Neeraj and Kumar. They did not leave any stone undertuned to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The breakfast was awesome, the room was elegant, loads of food options near, live in the city without being the city and the staff made us smile all the way long. I truly recommend you going here

We were passing by early morning from this hotel our female friends wanted to use washrooms with no public toilets nearby, we requested their staff and they politely agreed. Apart from that Their interiors are really awesome and their staff is quite courteous. I will recommend such a property for stay as well...

I had blanket booked the hotel for 2 days for my wedding guests and to be honest was one of my best decisions. The staff, amenities, aesthetics & most importantly the manager were all of pristine quality. The hotel turned out to be a big time asset to my wedding arrangements. suggestion : it is worth every penny and one should not go for cheaper substitutes just to save 2-3 lacs add your wedding happens only once
