Dream Valley Resort Dehradun

The worst place ever, the service is very poor and the staff behaviour is very rude, we went from Ghaziabad and booked a room 20 days before, but when we reached there we got to know that our room is already given to someone else and there was no room for us even after showing all the proof of our advance payment, after a travel of 10 hours, and a heavy argument of 2 hours, we had to go search for room somewhere else. This was such a worse experience with Dream Valley Resort. I would never visit there again.

Everything was good there. Except the fact that it's very far away from the main city. So if you have your own vehicle preferably a car or you have rented it then that would be good.

This is a useless resort, the owner's behavior is not good, dirty things happen here, they behave rudely with the tourists.

First when we got here the pool was slammed with outsiders and bachelor's that were not in there best behavior....people were getting in the pool with their home outfits....we had to wait 3 hours for everything to clear up and just for the receptionist to increase the price and then denying to negotiate with us and in a way rude behavior. ...location is very good but the staff and the Crowd at the hotel isn't the best place to see....not good

Best Resort with Best Facilities, We all enjoyed a lot. The Stay in Rooms , Cottages. All the Staff Management and Service is Very humble and always loking to give there Best. We all are Vegetarian and We Enjoyed the Food and Snacks And The Swimming Pool Is Awesome

One word for this resort is awesome. Good hospitality by resort staff. Your kids enjoy the pool here. Food is yummy. The location of the resorts is amazing. The overall experience was very good. We are really enjoying here. Environment was so pleasant. So much greenary. Just say if you like peace and Greenary must visit this place.

Went there for lunch last Saturday on 14 October. I ordered chicken curry. I got the chicken leg absolutely raw. When I showed the chicken to the service staff, they acknowledged it was raw but no apologies. What is surprising, they took the raw chicken leg back and cooked it plain either grilled or microwaved and brought me back that same piece without any gravy.!!!!!
