Place is just good to take pictures. Food is not worth the money. Staff behaviour is not good. I went with my family and friends and they misbehaved with us. Staff is very rude and owner itself is very rude. They don't know how to behave and cater their customers. They totally spoiled our mood with their behaviour and service. Taste & quality of food wasn't even that great what we paid for. They will not allow you to take pictures from your camera. They are charging too high even when they have no ac facilities outside. You have to eat your food in the heat.

I went here hoping for the best dining experience but unfortunately nothing happened as expected. Taste and quality of food was terrible , prices were too high and the waiter was constantly roaming around as if he wants us to leave as soon as possible. We didn't get to spend the evening with peace such a terrible experience. I felt this place was hyped because of the ambience. Better options are available in Dehradun

Moreover, other than the low quality food and service your staff has misbehaved with my family members whom I have asked to visit your place and that was my biggest mistake. The person from your side was very rude in his way of talking and tone which was very disgusting. And inspite of having such a low service you have charged service tax which is never being charged anywhere. Never recommended.

Worst food experience. Worse than a street side dhaba. The staff is lost very poor service. The place just looks different but food is so disappointing with high charges. No vibe. Dont waste ur money by looking at insta reels n visiting this place. Soup was spicy as hell, no mocktail glasses, taste less drinks n food.

I visited the cafe recently and to my surprise the location turns out really good. Everything was so so beautiful, the surroundings and the ambience is just amazing. However while writing the review i saw few comments about staff and manager but luckily I didn't face that may be everyone has their own experience but mine was totally worth is. The food is soo delicious and amazing and tbh i told many of my friend that this going to be my go ti cafe.

Went there today with family for dinner. Ordered Garlic bread without cheese along with other items. They gave just toasted bread without even a butter on it. Had to complain to get it replaced. Soup didn't tasted good. Food quality doesn't match with price. Won't recommend for dining.

Yes it was a holiday trip for me n my family. But they turned into nightmare. I was connected with ms.kritika she was like make 100%payment then only i can confirm your booking n i did whole payment.||I was coming back from mussoorie, my husband, my daughter, my father-in-law and my mother-in-law.||When I entered there place. It was smelling a bit n it's so packed. That time we are like let's checkin first. They have only 7 rooms n that hotel is not for family people. That hotel is for boys n girls to spend night time.||Worst experience, staff is so rude , ms kritika is so rude , manager is non cooperative and there rooms hv such a bad polish smell. I have to give nebuliser to my daughter after 30mins of check in.||We really requested them I personally went to the manager n requested to do something or shift is in some other property or refund a bit because I can't see my daughtEr coughing due to bad smell she is just 5 !||Never ever plan for this guys. They are fraud! Kritika is one of them !||Firstly they ll after you to make full payment n zero service !||Horrible experience with my family n i check in after 4||I hv to checkout around 6 n then I rushed to delhi . Because my family got sick.||Ms kritika was pretty polite before booking but when i was calling her after check in she dint even picked up my call not even for once.||She is talking to her team but not with me .||Ruthless lady !

Bad experience, located in a congested place, parking issues. Service is really bad, been sitting here last 30 mins waiting for food . Reading other reviews, it seems owner is quite arrogant and doesn't want to improve guests experience rather focused on questioning their review. Never coming back here. Food came exactly after 1 hour, it was okay. But staff is completely lost even asked us to repeat our order for billing, Amazing experience
