Capital O Hotel Shimaya

This was a horrible experience with OYO. The hotel felt haunted, the room was unclean, the wall material was chipping, and the wardrobe was extremely dirty. Overall, the room looked like a storeroom. I never expected this from OYO And when I complained to customer care, they kept repeating the same thing again and again -- that they couldn't help me with this.

Not at all hygienic Bed sheet were dirty Taps were leaking Commode was broken Sofa was torn Dirt in the corners Door locks were stuck Staff was not responsive.

Super bad experience we booked from OYO but they didn't excepted first cause of less price and we saw the room also room was ok but washroom was worst and we said will pay more so they showed different room that also same as usual but cause of one day we stayed. Don't go there.

Very poor hotel i have ever seen , the facilities wasn't provide as said in description while i am booking up the hotel. Through booking .com staff is very rude in nature and pretend that we are staying in their hotel without paying money or rent. And they didn't provide basic facilities such as towel soap dental kit bucket etc. i don't recommend this hotel to anyone else. Stay in tent is better than staying in this hotel. And lastly i want to say there is very horrifying experience which i go through so plz dont come. And enjoy another one

Absolutely disgusting hotel to stay in! I am soo shocked to see that Agoda and Bookings.com has this hotel as their listing. Don't go with the pages this hotel shows. The hotel was a mess and fungus was everywhere on beds,walls.. you look anywhere and you will be disgusted.

I'd like to rate with zero star, unfortunately there is no option available for it. Room was super filthy, towels, bedsheets and comforters seemed used. There was a broken old couch placed in room. Bad damping odour all over the room and gallery. No latch in washroom. Uncovered flush tank. When I questioned owner that why flush tank is uncovered he says for client's convenience it's kept that way, which made no sense to me. Lot's of mosquitoes inside, they'll give you Good Knight Fast Card- Mosquito Repellent which would not help much. Owner and his son are super casual about any grievances you have. I'd never recommend this to anybody.

Worst hotel I ever seen in my whole life, i booked this hotel, it was so dirty, in the near bed i got i codnoms packet, i called the cleaner and they cleaned it, i paid 2 days rent thorough oyo. and this rent cost 797 but they took frok me 900 per day and after i left the first day and didnt give my refund amount also. Never go to this hotel. full fraud and dirtiest place ever.
