Resorts in Chakrata

It is very shameful for your management and staff, If you can not handle simple booking stuff ,than I feel, its good to discontinue such services. We advance booked your hotel for our vacation, by paying 50% of amount, and planned other things accordingly. But your team just backed out before one day. Shameful !!! That's not professional!! I will never recommend your hotel to any one. And also file a compliant against you.

Not professional at all.doing overbooking and giving false excuses before one day of our journey. When we call before one day they first gave wrong excuses and said shouldn't visit chakrata ..when we said that will do complain they admitted that there is overbooking. By the way we had already done booking before one month and given advance also.

Brilliant place to stay ...pleasent stay away from the city rush ...attentive and kind staff ready to serve you 24*7 ...awesome food I must stay ...also you can go trekking...chakrata is few kms away ...I highly recommend this place
