I stayed here for a day. Very clean rooms and other facilities including breakfast are also excellent. It being close to the railway station is also very helpful. A huge thanks to the hosts. They were very helpful!! Will definitely stay here when visiting the city again.

Stayed here for a night. Owner is very helpful he have arranged taxi from station to pick up and even managed to drop early morning for Haldwani station. His mom served tea and breakfast. Felt everything homely. Thanks buddy for helping us as we were new to area.

I had a great experience at Shanti Rental and Dorm. The place is clean, well-maintained, and perfect for solo travelers, families, and even small groups. It's located in a peaceful area--Kumaon Colony, Bhotia Farm, Damuadhunga, just 30 km from Nainital, with a lovely mountain view from the terrace. Rooms are spacious and affordable, starting at just 399! I loved the common area setup and the overall homely vibe. The hosts are friendly and helpful, and they even have a small park-like space around the property which adds a refreshing touch. If you're looking for a safe and comfortable dormitory or rental space near Kathgodam, this is the place to go. Will definitely visit again!

Best home stay in Haldwani, We had come to some place from Delhi . Which ever hotel we went to the rates were too much high and we got 200 ruppes per person there is family atmosphere moreover beautiful village to explore

Very good (indian style) hotel. Owners are super friendly and even picked me up and dropped me off if I wanted to go somewhere. Also helped me with renting a bike.

The homestay was really nice, the service was great too. And it felt just like home, you guys should give them a chance to serve you.

Best place to stay with family or even if you're with your friend circle you can stay here, even here is Mr. Rohit who is very helpful our train is late and we reached to the room approx 1 am in the night and he is continuously followup to me for the location of this shanti rental and dormatary because this location is slightly inside to the main road and he welcomed to me and my friend even in the late night also and the room is also very cheap and neat and clean also
