The owner's behavior was absolutely pathetic. We checked in at around 11 PM, but the owner was busy shouting on the phone at his receptionist, making us wait for 15-20 minutes just to check in. Now, let's talk about what we paid--around 1400. The rooms and bathrooms were the smallest I have ever seen in my life. * Dirty sheets and blankets * Dirty toilets * Dirty room walls * A fan that constantly made noise * No food available * Not even a single bottle of water provided--we had to go downstairs and get it ourselves * No help with carrying our bags to the first floor Finally, when we checked out after spending the night, we asked if we could leave one suitcase at the hotel and pick it up after two days (we were even willing to pay for it). The receptionist called the owner, but he rudely refused and shouted at him for even asking. I then requested the receptionist to let me speak to the owner, as we had rented a scooter and couldn't carry a large bag. When the receptionist called him again and told him that a guest wanted to speak, the owner shouted once more and said, Just throw them out! all for simply requesting to store a bag. This was the worst hotel experience of my life. Do not book this hotel, or you will regret it forever.

He shouted again and said just throw them out.( the disrespect for just asking for keeping a bag) Worst experience of hotel I ever had in my life, don't book this hotel else you would regret for life.

Owner don't have even basic manners to talk even when we check in late night he was still shouting on his staff and made us wait for 20 mins to check in.

The owner's behavior was not good. We reached the hotel and called the owner for the final price, but he said, "Don't talk nonsense." Why do they ask customers to come to their location if they don't have parking facilities? Two cars were already parked there, and the receptionist said, "The parking is your problem."

Very bad experience with this hotel. Rooms are totally different from the website. I will not recommend staying here if you are coming for an official visit. This hotel is only for unmarried couples who want to stay for a few hours.

We booked this hotel through agoda based on positive reviews and paid all amount in advance. The check-in process was frustrating, as they unexpectedly charged additional 3k for AC rooms while booking was of AC rooms itself as shown in the amenities of rooms during booking. The absence of service staff added to the inconvenience. The intentional power cut during the summer heat was unacceptable, reflecting a disregard for guest comfort and safety. Overall, it was a disappointing and uncomfortable stay, not worth the cost or hassle.
