I would like to give them -5 but unfortunately that option is not there. ||These guys are truely worthless and careless. They don't know how to treat their customers. ||We booked one room for 2nights through Booking.com. And my booking was confirmed so I didn't call them. ||I reached at hotel around 1pm and I received a message at 12.30 that your booking has been cancelled because the hotel has been closed. ||What's that nonsense, I was in front of the hotel and called the owner that I'm in front of the hotel and no one is here. ||Some lady received my phone and said I already cancelled your booking this morning. Mean do I look like an idiot that you can cancel booking anytime you want? She told me search somewhere else you will find many options. ||Such a pathetic experience and I will never ever recommend this faltu hotel to anyone. ||Moreover it's not cheap, so better fine somewhere else, don't fall in any trap.

Best location and nice people with typical phaadi (uttrakhandi) style.|Food is ok but staying in hut feel something diffrent from what i felt most beautiful. Early morning bird chrippings is what you get best from nature in hills.|Jai baba kedarnath, jai badrivishal.

Rooms are not comfortable due to insects and unable to lock doors. They charge extra for hot water and pool and no hot water available in rooms and they demand extra for hot water and pool which is nowhere mentioned before booking. Staff and owner needs to work on hospitality because they lack hospitality

Very bad amenities and service. They charge extra for hot water and pool charges are extra. Reply on your comment - I have booked the cottage on 05/08/23 and I am a genuine customer who did not sense any hospitality in your property. I would suggest my friends and everyone not to book this property.

Wonderful place surrounded by mountains and a beautiful balcony view of Ganga. The bamboo huts and the plantation around clearly gave the aesthetic feel of nature and its beauty. MOUPIYA'ians are really #munificent and liberal, #open and welcoming #understanding the needs of their guests #patriot for the love of nature #intense for the zest of living #yearn for their simplicity and #accord for the harmony they are spreading. And the food........ we fell for the Chinese and Italian food all over again. We were really pleased how friendly and welcoming the owner was to us.

It's quite place slowly developing with natural surrounding and require Roadside visibility. The food was good with restricted limited menu on a cool day, wondering what it would be on hot summer day without air-conditioning.

Worst hotel to stay in. We were told post checkin that we don't have any staff today and so you won't get food today! We were given a room and asked to switch to different room 15 minutes later telling they got another booking. The huts are hot like boiler.

Service from the owner was worse. They don't even have staff to handle the guests. Rooms are not that good. The swimming pool was not working. Food was not good. Overall a bad experience. Don't think to book.
