Corbett The Serene Resort By Sukhmani Resorts

I don't usually write reviews, but this so-called "Resort" deserves a serious warning to others. The only thing they seem to highlight is a dirty pool filled with frogs - not even safe or usable. The lawn area is no better, with stagnant, smelly water everywhere. It honestly looked like it hadn't been maintained in weeks. The rooms and even the restaurant area were crawling with insects and spiders. It was clear that proper cleaning hasn't been done in a long time - just completely unhygienic. To top it all off, they tried to overcharge me three times during the final billing. Luckily, I noticed and had to get it corrected each time. It really felt like they were trying to scam unsuspecting guests. I seriously don't understand how this place has a 3.8 rating. Either those reviews are fake or people have extremely low standards. If you're looking to ruin your vacation, sure - go ahead and book. Otherwise, there are plenty of better resorts out there where you can actually relax and enjoy with your family.

I recently visited this resort with my family and my experience was not so good. Swimming pool was not working, dirty water available in the pool, when I asked when shall we start swimming the staff said right now we have put chemicals in it and will start from morning, we stayed there two day and the pool not started. In the room there are no toiletries, no cleaning nothing. Poor service by the staff and every time I asked for menu card for ordering they denied saying, we have limited right now, more is getting print. Too pricy everything and not recommended at all

I recently visited Jim Corbett National Park for wildlife safari, and the experience was truly magical. The beautiful wilderness and rich wildlife offered the escape I needed. My stay at Corbett The Serene Resort, right in the heart of the jungle, made it even better. For three days, I was surrounded by nature while enjoying all the comforts of the resort.

They are over charging me on everything just by saying that the menu card is old. I ordered butter roti but I got plain chapati, ordered Water bottle they added 4 I don't why ..they asked my name four times on reception just to check my booking .. her cheez k liye 3-4bar bolna padh raha tha...pool was so dirty .. i need my refund

No manager is present here, other workers are not ready to cook anything, not even coffee. Manager started ignoring calls. Water in Swimming pool is dirty. Location is poor, zomato/swiggy doesnt provide services at this location.

We visited with my family and it's very memorable stay food was awesome and the service is very good . The resort is situated in mid of the forest . All staff is very professionally trained .

All services provided by Mr Kapil are very nice and excellent and food was very testy location very nice and all staff very friendly behavior

Overall experience was good, staff behaviour are appreciable. Room was pretty big with all the required amenities.
