Bora's Home Stay

A clean, hygienic, spacious and well ventilated budget homestay near the main road in the Heart of Haldwani. The property is clean and beautiful, warm and hospitable owner, excellent food and even better prices. A meal for 4 people, 3 times everyday in restaurants would accumulate to very heavy meals for the journey and expensive on budget but here it was all light, healthy and tasty home cooked food, all for almost half the price- I call it a total steal. Excellent taste, everything tasted very delicious and light, though Dal Fry and Aaloo Paranthas were my personal favourites, literally very tasty. The owner arranged the tour cabs for us on demand; wifi was smooth, they even had the ac switched on right before we checked in so we could rest well in a comfortably cool room, cold clean drinking water always available, owner always available on call - ensuring a smooth stay for the guests. This was a really good worry free experience. Very clean, comfortable and budget friendly, home away home.

Amazing experience. I don't understand the negative reviews. The owner indeed invited us for tea and was friendly. Quite friendly people. Would love to visit again.

We had halted here for a night before we moved up to Naukuchiatal. Mr.Bora , the owner is very helpful and like a family member made sure we reached the station on time and our driver knew the way to his place. |Even though , there was some festival celebration going on and it was close to midnight, he received us personally and made sure we were comfortable. Rooms were very clean and our stay was extremely comfortable.

The stay in bora's homestays was amazing, the host Mr Bora was very caring and helped us in settling up well. The room are spacious with proper clean bathrooms as well as the location is also good providing us with a peaceful comfortable stay
