Collection O Hotel Mehraz Residency

My 1 day stay was good i got a deluxe room with king size bed. The hotel staff is well behaved and respectful. I am giving 5 star out of 5 because the Lovely hotel in an excellent location. Rooms are spotless & cleaned daily, breakfast is plentiful. Staff are very helpful

Every thing is fine but there is no access to kitchen in the night if you have small baby with you make sure that you have all the required food/ milk items available with you before dinner.

The hotel, rooms, ambience everything is good , but the environment around it isn't friendly. Not friendly for couples. Too much secluded and you'd rarely see any female around this place... So it feels a bit awkward to move in if you are a couple or a family.

They didn't provide complimentary breakfast as was mentioned during the time of booking. Also tv was not working and even after repeated complaints, nobody came to fix it. The experience was below average.

Worst. Experience ever hotle staff was drunk.... They were drinking in reception..... Rooms are dirty... Curtain and bedsheet smeels bad..... The walls are tidy tooo..... Don't recommend at all

It was a great experience with Shire Inn. The services provided by hotel staff was excellent and if I am talking about the food than most of the dishes are good in taste. Yes in future I want to stay again in this hotel.

Place and location is good but the rooms are little bit out of date some minor renovation of the property is needed... Apart from that a good place to stay...

I love this hotel . Vaule for money , polite and helpful staff .
