HOTEL MOUNT PLEASANT

You can also get space for party and functions there. Location of hotel is amazing. At Night you can see view of lightening Pauri From there. Rooms are good.

The location is awesome. Located at the tip of Buwakhal, the view of Pauri this place offers is just classic. Bathrooms were something that were not up to the mark. Staff is really polite and very helpful. Beware and try not to open the windows or be ready to sleep with a lot of insects in your room. Overall, it was an amazing experience.

Read before you book this hotel ! Source of this review ; my visit of this hotel on 8 July 2022. Highlights of the article : Pros , cons and suggestions for the owner and management department. Location : on Pauri meerut highway . Pros : 1. Beautiful location with view from the common balcony for all rooms ). 2 . Connectivity with the road. 3. Food was upto the mark . 4.service boy's behaviour was good . 5. Very well maintained washroom . Cons: 1. Room was not clean , they even didn't sweep . There were remaining of Bidi and cegerate . 2. Room number 108 needs some maintenance . Suggestions for owner : 1. Management and service department should communicate with each other while they serve the customer . Overall review : I was going to give 4 star but after some miss communication and bad hygiene standards i reduce 1 star because I don't want to degrade their rating thats why I am not uploading the pictures from the corner of the room where remaining of cegerate was thrown.

Good location budget hotel, But sometimes they got puzzled if more customers are to deal with. I stayed there with my family of three on 2nd week of June 2022. First day was good as we were the only customer, on 2nd day as 3-4 more rooms got occupied services got suffered..... and we waited for 1.5 hours extra during the checkout hours as the breakfast was not only delayed but due to mismanagement our turn was given to others.....

Very bad service. Rooms smells moisture and food is over priced and quantity very less. Staff is very rude. I wonder if I could write anything good for this hotel. However place buwakhal is awesome.

Honestly speaking my stay was sublime. View was amazing and staff was also very nice. Owner Mr Bhupender was always helpful. Had a great time with my family.

Was about to check in at 2200 hrs today. All rooms were unoccupied. Upon looking closely, the washroom condition was found so pathetic. Used tooth brushes, soaps n tissues were scattered all around. As if no housekeeping person has checked the condition. Please avoid.

It was an awesome experience staying here, you can enjoy the scenic beauty of Himalayas from your hotel room . Efficient management and very cordial staff. Best place to stay in pauri.
