We stayed at this lovely homestay for 3 days, and it was a delightful experience. The homestay offers a cozy setup with its own tiny kitchen and a dining table for two, making it perfect for a peaceful and private getaway. The location is incredibly serene, providing a tranquil atmosphere to relax and unwind. The only drawback we felt was its distance from the market, which is about 2-3 kilometers away. This means you need to plan your return before 6:30 PM due to the early darkness and concerns about leopard sightings in the area. However, this is a minor inconvenience considering the overall charm of the place. For food lovers, the highlight is definitely the homemade Pahadi food! Rohit, who manages the place, is incredibly helpful and can arrange delicious local dishes on request. The food was simply amazing--fresh, flavorful, and authentic. We also tried their Maggi and samosas from the attached hotel, and they were equally satisfying. Overall, it's a wonderful place to stay if you're looking for peace and a homely vibe. Just plan your evenings carefully, and you're in for a memorable stay!

Best independent cottage to live at with clean surroundings. The cottage is located in pine woods in the foothills with some scenic breath taking views of the majestic himalayas. The place is surrounded by a lot of wildlife and colourful birds. Also it is near to the binsar highway so it is easier to commute and a few general stores are nearby with all the needfull commodities.It is a new cottage destination which is newely built and have everything a guest needs.Also the owner is very polite and a great individual with lot of knowledge and experience of the hospitality industry.I must say the best chef in the region and always ready to provide anytime assistance for the cottage visitors or guests.I must say the cost is reasonable too and if one is on family or individual vacations it is the best cottage to live in and experience the depth of the nature. Definately a 5 star +review.: )

Everything about this place is top notch. It feels like a home away from a home. Whatever you require is available, add to that a beautiful kitchen and the bed is comfy too.

Great place for a peaceful stay around 4.5 km from Kasar Devi temple Host was too good had a great dinner in his home Everything was good House is also very good had a great wooden work. Recommended place if u have a private transport.

Had a peaceful and pleasant stay. Spotted many birds from the stay, the guide was very knowledgeable and explains everything very nicely. The best part was trying the local kumaoni food .

Nice cottage with all amenities. Even you can cook.. Food service is available as per order..

"I have stayed at the Astitva Binsar for 15 days, and it is truly a beautiful place. The homestay is thoughtfully designed, and its beauty is evident in every detail. During my stay, I was able to work remotely from here, thanks to the reliable Wi-Fi connection. My wife and I prepared our own meals, but if you prefer hotel dining, that option is also available. The homestay is surrounded by forests, allowing guests to explore nature. I highly recommend visiting this serene spot for an authentic natural experience.

What an amazing place to go to , wonderful property , peaceful vibes , fantastic services , great host. Don't think twice just go for it.
