Best location. Rooms are best. Hospitality is awesome. Parking is spacious. Only 15mins away from Nainital jheel. 20mins away from Baba neeb karoli. Scenic views are awesome. Sunset and sunrise views from balcony.
Excellent view from the hotel. The rooms are also clean . We were 2 girls and the owners made us feel at home. We felt very safe and comfortable. Also they own a very fluffy cat, which becomes a cherry on the top for animal lovers like me.

One of the best budget Homestay in Nainital. I visited this place last October. I didn't like the food cost and service though.
