Beautiful location, Beautiful view, hotel also very good ,neet and clean rooms ,staff very reasonable they provide best service I just love it

View is very good Staff is very copritive some little issue are in every property bcoz of hills but me & my family injoy it

I don't have option to provide less than one , this hotel deserves that.ambience of.the hotel/ room ok. Location was pretty good , we enjoy the premises Food is not good, even they are not ready to take feedback. Simply they are making money during chardham season Would suggest not to opt this hotel.

The food service is to bad and there staffs are also not behaving properly I am really going to post a review on my page to and I will make sure that no one will face the same problem I have faced, there staff really don't know how to Every time when I call on phone to reception or room service no body respond In room no toothbrush, paste no tea coffee pouches available Very less staff Food was too bad Also no generater after electricity cut off

Our stay at this hotel was disappointing, especially after our positive experience at the Yamunotri Paradise Resort in Barkot, which is owned by the same family. The rooms had unpleasant odors and insect infestations due to inadequate pest control. Stained bed linens and overall cleanliness issues further detracted from our experience. The bathroom had extensive fungal growth, a concerning issue. Despite its scenic location along the Bhagirathi River, the hotel lacks proper maintenance and hygiene standards, indicating a need for significant managerial improvements. Lastly, it's worth noting that in a situation where we urgently required essential items that were not readily available nearby, the hotel staff responded to our request by arranging for these items to be procured from a market located 20 kilometers away. They appropriately charged for this service.

This hotel fell significantly short of our expectations. Following our stay at the Yamunotri Paradise Resort in Barkot, which is also owned by the same family, we were disappointed by the maintenance and hygiene standards at this establishment. The rooms emitted unpleasant odors and suffered from insect and mosquito infestations due to a lack of effective pest control measures. Our stay, which included families with children, was adversely affected by these conditions. Additionally, the bed linens displayed persistent stains from previous guests and had not been adequately laundered, while the room itself was covered in a layer of dust. Of particular concern was the state of the bathroom, where extensive fungal growth was discovered beneath the toilet seat cover. It was regrettable that a hotel situated alongside the picturesque Bhagirathi River failed to offer an environment that allowed guests to appreciate its natural beauty. This establishment appears to be in need of significant managerial improvement.

During our chardham yatra, we stayed here on 7th and 8th May 2023. Location is best. You feel peace at the river side ( Bhagirathi river). Food quality is very good and hospitality and service adds feather in cap. All in all top class place to stay. Kitchen and dining area is very well maintained. Rooms are very spacious and clean.

Very comfortable stay here. Very helpful staff n decent food. Good rooms , enough parking n ideal location, just above River Bhagirathi
