Very rude owners, very bad service. The staff was incompetent, the food was bad, there was no one to serve food itself. Never plan an event with them. The bathroom is ao far, you'll have to go out, go to another building climb another floor to get to the washroom

After what we went through, It seems it seems that all positive reviews are biased or misleading. There was there was dusty table with cockroaches and rats, rusted kettle, dirty linen, bad room service, ask us to drink regular water from used dirty water bottle instead of providing mineral water.

Party hall is small, and food quality is WORST!!! Paneer was wattery, naans were stale, worker were mixing water in raita in front of me. Hotel Gardenia is lot more better than this hotel, don't go in looks, this hotel is not for party.

The rooms are good and service is excellent. It has a bar which is quiet cool and smoking is allowed in its premise. You get complimentary items with beer. Taste and portions of food served is up to the mark and medium on expense.It is located in prime location of shivalik nagar and there are few such places outside and away from city. Overall a good place to spend couple of hours dining and drinking.

Place is good having the usual facilities. But the food quality is great. It's tandoori foods are famous among foodies. Not specific to chicken, all tandoori items. Enjoy food and organize kitty or any team celebration. Staff is good and supportive. Parking is a issue but not so much. As per capacity parking space is ok.
