Krishna Homestay

Third class hotel with third class services. They show the facility of Geyser but the basic facility of hot water is not provided. The lights is gone in one part of room and in one part of room it is on. They do not even solve the problem. They literally cheat. Such a third class experience.

Dt. 27/12/2024 This hotel is fully scammers, they take full payment on check in time but after that no water service in d bathroom, if u want to inquiry no body on d counter, no care taker, no proper car service on d time for station as they promise, if u wanna to call owner no response infect if sudden he pickups d call, he specks bedly like irresponsible person, please be away from this hotel, it is totally froad.

Worst. They showed us a different room in catalogue and overcharged us, gave a dirty small room. Also the owner was so rude and mannerless. I was sick so didn't have much choice to roam and search for different hotel. He also conned us in food, and also made us wait for so long just to place an order although he was free n standing right beside. Wish had an option of negative rating.

The room was nice but I was told that my booking was not for an AC room. I had to pay extra two thousand rupees for an AC in cash. The service is very poor. You order for food it takes almost an hour to get the food. They don't provide utensils like plate, glass or bowl. They give one paper plate and a paper bowl. The room was not cleaned throughout my stay.

The staff management and behavior are extremely poor, and they do not treat their guests well They ignore any complaints. They even fail to provide basic necessities like water. When complaints are raised, instead of resolving the issues, shockingly, ask guests to check out in the middle of the night. It's better to stay in railways lounge.

Budget friendly also hardly 500 metres from railway station located in residential neighborhood with amazing view of mountains, ample of space at property also nearby. Parking space is available at ground floor or nearby as well both for cars and bikes. Also you can rent scooty / bike from them only. Both ac / non-ac option available. Well maintained and spacious rooms with 3 big and a small room all with separate washroom attached also a big kitchen with all cutlery available. Even they provided us free taxi service to railway station. You can contact them directly or through Krishna restaurant just coming outside kathgodam railway station.

They don't have attached bathroom. Room was also not that clean.

Staff behaviour is good but owner behaviour is very bad
