Hotel Routela

The hotel itself is decent, but the staff's behavior is extremely disappointing. They come across as unprofessional, untrained, and often rude. Our experience was particularly bitter. During a wedding, where our guests from Gwalior had booked almost the entire hotel, the staff behaved in an unacceptable manner. They even manhandled the groom and his father at the crucial moment when the wedding procession was preparing to depart. I strongly advise against visiting this hotel, as the staff's conduct was more akin to that of hooligans than hospitality professionals.

Very comfortable and clean rooms. The food is also great and the staff are kind and helpful. Super recommended!

A runon down hotel managed by untrained staff. Room maintenence very poor...flooding of washbasin and leaking disconnected pipe in jet of toilet seat...Electric kettle with ready made tea rotting and replenishing of supplies not done. Room was large size but no wardrobe or almirah or refrigerator. Difficult to manage a 2 night stay....only good experience was excellent food by the chef in room service...no elevator and restaurant.
