POP 84494 Whitehouse Hotel

Terrible ethics. I had booking for 3 rooms and and eight guests for 27/523. Booking was made through OYO and full payment was made online. On 27/5/23 at 9 am got mail from OYO that booking is only for 3 guests and they will have to cancel the rooms. I had three 80+ years old guests and was to reach Haldwani at 11 pm. OYO couldn't find any other room and i had book another hotel at more than double the price. The hotel must have got higher paying guests. This hotel has no morals and no ethics. Never go there. Would have given a minus rating if the option was there.

This hotel is the worst hotel, i guess in entire north India. I had booked 3 rooms for eight guests for 27/5 through OYO a month back by paying the full amount. I got the confirmation mail from OYO. Today i.e 27/5/23 i got a mail that 3 rooms for 3 guests have been booked. Called up OYO and OYO agent said that the booking has to be canceled because they cannot give rooms. Since this is the peak season, these greedy and lowly fellows must have got better rates and canceled my rooms. So am on the way to Haldwani with four 80+ guests and no rooms. Never ever think of booking this rotten hotel.

Room was too small. Hot water was not coming in morning at 9 o'clock also. Bad and pillows are dirty, hairs was there on bed as cleaning was not done before giving room. Worst part owner arjun bist I very arrogant. He 1st told room charges will be 800 and at a time of check out he took 1200. No service at room too, worst experience ever, no option for zero star else I chose that one only

Rooms are very congested. night staff use locality and bargal language. Safety & security not good for hotel. Be careful in hotel.

Very nice stay though rooms are small and bit conjusted, service nice place nice stay nice. Best economic hotel
