Horrifying, Unhygienic, Pathetic Stay - A Complete Nightmare This was hands down the worst hotel experience we've ever had. We've stayed at many hotels before--budget and premium--but never faced such a horrifying combination of mismanagement, filth, and danger. Staff Behavior: The staff displayed zero hospitality. Unresponsive, disinterested, and outright rude. Basic courtesy was missing from every interaction. Restaurant: The restaurant wasn't operational, leaving guests completely stranded for food. This was not disclosed at the time of booking. Food Quality: The lunch was just about eatable, but the breakfast was beyond disgusting. It made us feel nauseous, and we genuinely regretted eating it. A serious health concern. Water Issues: There was no water in the rooms for hours. When water was finally available, it was brown, murky, and smelled awful--completely unusable even for basic hygiene. Rats in the Ceiling: Yes, large rats were moving around in the ceiling. It was disgusting and terrifying, especially with children in the room. Room Security - Huge Safety Threat: The room we were given was interconnected to another room occupied by three unknown men, but the lock was only on their side. As a family, this was an absolutely horrifying setup. We had no way to secure our space and were left feeling unsafe and vulnerable throughout our stay. This was more than just a bad experience--it was a nightmare that has genuinely scarred us for life. We are now unable to trust any hotel after this terrifying ordeal. Avoid this hotel at all costs. It is not only mismanaged--it's a serious health hazard and safety threat.

Hospitality exceeds our expectations! From the breathtaking venue to the seamless coordination, every detail was perfect, creating a truly unforgettable and joyous wedding event for us and our loved ones. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding day. Everything like Venue, ambience, service, staff, Food and catering was exceptional. we are still receiving compliments from our loved ones. We wholeheartedly recommend this venue.

I don't even know where to begin. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I had entered a parallel universe where hospitality, cleanliness, and basic human decency do not exist. The name says "Grand," but the only grand thing here is the scale of disappointment. The room smelled like a mix of mold, cheap air freshener, and broken dreams. The bed was so lumpy, I think it was filled with old potatoes. The AC didn't work, the lights flickered like I was in a horror movie, and the bathroom? Let's just say I've seen cleaner public restrooms at a gas station. The staff looked like they were being held hostage. Unhelpful, uninterested, and one of them actually rolled their eyes when I asked for clean towels. Room service? What room service? It took two hours and three reminders just to get a bottle of water. The "restaurant" served me something that might have been food in a past life. I wouldn't feed it to my worst enemy. Save yourself the trauma. Sleep in your car. Sleep at the bus station. Sleep on a bench. Anywhere but here.Please stay away

I have just visited the grand lajja hotel and I was mesmerized to see their luxurious accommodations. Their staff behaviour is also excellent, and I would love to visit again. I was highly impressed with its clean and comfortable rooms and additional facilities. I highly recommend it! The secure and safe environment of this hotel will always have my heart. I have recommended that others visit the grand lajja hotel once, and I can assure you that they will never regret it.

It's a good place to organize events and stay options provided are also good. The rooms are clean and there are 2 rooms that are really spacious to accommodate a big family of 7-10 members. However there is no provision like a ramp for disabled or aged people to enter the hotel through their wheelchair since there is a good number of stairs to be taken to reach the lobby. The hotel staff however is helpful.
