Fortune Park, Haridwar - Member ITC hotels' group

Had a very pleasant stay at Fortune Park, Haridwar. The staff was courteous, professional, and service throughout the stay was smooth and efficient. Rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering all the expected amenities. The hotel's location is also excellent--centrally placed and easily accessible to key points in the city. One thing that stood out negatively: I requested a quick local call to a nearby salon within the same mall (less than 50 metres away), since I didn't have an Indian mobile number. The hotel charged 200 for a 40-second local call, which felt excessive and unnecessary, especially considering the context. Aside from that, the overall experience was in line with the ITC group's standards. I would still recommend the property for its hospitality and comfort, but suggest the hotel revisit such small but guest-impacting policies.

I had a fantastic stay at Fortune Park Haridwar. They truly follow the ITC culture of kindness and hospitality. A special thanks to Pankaj Singh, who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Despite the hotel being fully booked, he managed an early check-in for me, upgraded my room, and ensured everything was taken care of. He even called in advance to confirm my requirements. Such service is rare to find! I will always remember this experience.||||The hotel is located in a peaceful, crowd-free area, making it a great place to stay when visiting Haridwar. Don't worry about the distance to Har Ki Pauri--you can easily reach there in just 15-20 minutes, as the roads are traffic-free. Plus, there are plenty of affordable public transport options right in front of the hotel. If you're arriving by bus, you can get down directly at the hotel instead of going all the way to the Haridwar bus stand, saving you some extra kilometers.||||Another big plus is the safety of the location. Even if you're arriving post-midnight, you'll be in a secure area. Since all transport options pass right in front of the hotel, there's no need to go to the bus stand--you can catch a ride from there itself.||||Highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service, comfort, and convenient location!

Absolutely thrilled with the experience of my family stay at the hotel. The rooms are big enough, neat and clean. The staff was well trained and extremely professional right from check in to the restaurant. We had dinner too and the portion sizes were huge with economical pricing especially compared to other ITC properties. The breakfast buffet was lavish and service was top notch making it a value for money deal. Location is around 20 mins from main attractions in Haridwar.

Rooms are well maintained and offer a comfortable stay. Service is excellent. The entrance lobby waiting lounge is a bit small and only 2 elevators for luggage and guests seem inadequate. Staff is courteous , food is reasonably priced with good taste.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel from the moment I arrived. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Great food, ambiance and hospitality. Looking forward to come back soon !!

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable specially Asha and Saurabh from front desk. The food was delicious, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend for a peaceful and memorable stay in Haridwar.

Location: quite environment, little bit away from city. Luxury in pocket friendly price, cost effective.
