OYO Sunita Mount View

This was the worst hotel with no service. The staff was also rude. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. The room was not clean, and algae was coming out of the tap in the bathroom.

The rooms are so good with good views and cleanliness but I felt that they are not very happy in hosting you if you are just booking a single room. Also they do not provide any kind of food or room service. Otherwise all good at this price.

I had a horrible experience at the hotel. There was no sense of hospitality or friendly conversation. The price was exorbitant, and to add insult to injury, the receptionist asked us to leave the room before the check-out time, saying, "Sir, booking aa rahi hai, Khali kar do ...main ne upar ke floor walon ko bhi bhaga diya hai." It was incredibly disrespectful.

My recent stay at this place was very disappointing. The staff was consistently rude and unhelpful. The bathroom doors didn't have locks, which was quite unsettling. To top it off, management rudely asked me to leave my room earlier than the check-out time. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Worst hotel . Staff was very inactive.The bedsheets was not clean . The bathroom was dirty and the mirror was broken .Only the location and the view from the hotel was nice

Most pathetic experience in my life..I went there on 30/11/2023 ...room no. was 305... Worst service, room was not acceptable at all. Very darty bed and the other things. Not safe for family at all ... Suggested to avoid this hotel. Be careful while booking this hotel

Location is very appropriate as near to the main market and bus stand.. Stayed only for a night.. Lift available.. Scenic view from balcony rooms.. and balconies also spacious.. Washroom was clean and taps had running water.. Tv also inside the room .. Parking space in from of the hotel.. Since I stayed only for a night and that without availing food there .. Decent stay

The hotel staff are impolite and crooks including the owner and the manager, dirty rooms full of flies and mosquitoes, washroom is hell and very dirty, dirty linen, towels and bed sheets, bedbugs will keep you awake entire night. Hotel name is Mount view but there is no such view, there are tall buildings in front of hotel. Staff are using abusive language and don't have basic etiquettes. For double occupancy they will give only one towel, one soap for the entire period of your stay. TV, bathroom flush, fan regulators are not working. No table or chairs in the room, below quality food and charges are very high. Unsafe for female travellers as the glass windows are transparent with no curtains. The owner got very angry when we complained and he said that everything is okay and equal to the amount we paid through OYO. Entire staff was like a gang of cheaters. They overcharged my food bill. Horrible experience. Not recommended at all. Booked the room through OYO however the hotel guys kept on saying that they have stopped entertaining OYO bookings and harrassed us too much. No help provided by OYO also as we have paid the money in advance.
