Awesome hotel, services and Staff Locarion is also good

I had very pleasant stay as all the staff and management tear were very professional and friendly. I tell you you need to try food here as its finger licking taste. Rooms are quipped with decent furnishing and very tidy. All the basic amenities that are required while a stay were available in a very neatness. It has got amazing view . They are very cooperative for arranging transport and sight seeing facilities.

We went to a marriage there and it was not so good. In the night there was no good common toilet available, everyone need to go to some room. Toilets were - not maintained, and extremely filthy... not clean, even the tiles were dirty like decades. If you like hygiene don't book this one for marriage. PS: It has nothing todo with OYO. I didnt get this hotel in map, without oyo name in it.

Nice place to stay......... aprox 3 km far away from Bust Stand situated in Kausani Road. Very nice hotel for who wants peace and relax and get away from noice. manager of Hotel Mr.Rajeev Verma is a very nice guy. he is always ready to help for anything and very friendly.

Owner of hotel is attanding guest in reception who have no idea how to talk with guest first impression was bad so all gon bad, he was saying pay payment in advance so I have paid as per terif again he forced us to place dinner order at 6.30 so he will arrange the stuff for dinner, they have minimum option after that you have to confirm in the evening food was not as per mark and after all when we have done check out and asked for bill he denied to provide bill as I have already paid the amount in advance as per terif than the owner argued with us badly and charged us exrta GST for the bill which was not mentioned at the time of check in. He was saying guest dont take bills so he does not produce bills. Its strange how GST department is checking the same. I suggest to the owner if he has invested well in property so he invest in quality manpower also .||||Friends please avoid

very good hotel with very cooperative staff.... food was also amazing ..||most important hotel charges are very economical as compared to the services.||Mr. Arun Verma is also very helping person. He helped us with many other things like cab booking etc etc.. AND THE VIEW IS AMAZING FROM THE HOTEL.

most important the room was very clean and the staff was very supportive . view was amazing in the morning.. Mr. Arun Verma is a very good man, he helped us alot in exploring the beauty of almora and other places.

The hotel was quite good...toilets and rooms were quite big and very clean,service was also good but the place where the hotel is situated is very clumsy and without view...you cannot find nature.... if you love nature and want to enjoy scenic beauty...I must say don't choose this hotel.
