Best place to stay.. Best staff Rooms are luxury.. Best view from the hotel

we are rating the experience as 1 star because we don't have any option to rate it below 1. Staff behaviour was rude and non customer friendly. centre table was dusty and was not cleaned up even after reporting verbally to MMT advisor as well as Hotel staff. Two Aquafina water bottles were provided however they were not sealed. We had to manage all the foods from outside of Hotel ( the nearest hotel we could find was nearly 200 meters away by foot with a very limited menu options) as the kitchen / restaurant of the hotel was closed ( as mentioned by the staff in the lobby). The view from the hotel can be enjoyed only from the common aisle. Please do not go by the hotel location shown in the map, it is nearly 2km away from Almora main bus stand if you go by a cab. there is a walking shortcut available but trust me once you start in the shortcut to reach to the bus stand you will regret a lot. its a trekking route - nearly 500 meter with a very steep elevation. we had booked 1 room for 3 adults from the MMT website but it was surprising to find that there was no extra bed given for the 3rd person however extra charge was taken as we booked for 3. when we requested the hotel staff to arrange for a separate bed and we agreed to pay separately for that they only were giving a small size coir mattress and demanded Rs 200 per night extra. we didn't opt to take that extra bedding because of safety , hygiene and health issues. we tried to get in touch with MMT executive, they attended me properly but the Hotel Manager after getting the intimation from the executive reached us and wanted to know if we are facing any issues related to curtain, shower etc but the issue reported to the executive was different. the tone of the manager was not friendly it sounded very loud and dominating. just one last thing to mention when we requested for the extra bedding the hotel staff wanted us to submit our ID as security proof and returned us when we demanded while checking out though we didn't take the extra bedding. please use your discretion before booking this property;. we don't want anyone to suffer the way we did.

Dirty room Bad service Refuse to give glass for water Not interested to do anything at all Before I check in the hotel i told the receptionist to clean the room if it's dirty but they did nothing As per Oyo customer care on call the hotel will provide the extra matrix for 3 members in one room but the hotel asking for extra charges

> Room: Rooms are spacious enough with details and pain taken to focus and bring life to every corner or rooms. A+ for the interiors. The Hallway is beautifully decorated with lights and paintings which leads to mesmerizing view of hills.||> Staff: Staff was very helpful. Reach at odd times and they are ready to serve you (considering early morning routines of hills). There was some issues with toilet smell in bathrooms, but they somehow managed to sway it away||> Location: its located on Almora-Ranikhet road. The google maps shows it in middle of city. This was something which made us question the hotel, but after reaching and seeing the rooms, every complaint just faded.||> room service available (we were mostly just having tea here)||> Having roots from Almora, i visit there once a year. Hotel Rooms at Almora are not what one would call Hotel, they are more of kind of stay (i wouldn't say much). but this place changed this picture for me.||> Definitely going to stay here on my next visit

Newly Opened Hotel, so rooms were well maintained. This hotel gives a good n clear scenic view of Almora. They dont have their own kitchen which means you cannt have food whenever you want. Overall a hotel to stay.

A word of advise: pls never book this hotel. Linen all dirty and smelly Room dirty Washroom dirty Ciggarete butts everywhere Walls stained Very far from the main city, no market nearby. Pathetic location and super rude staff. Do not book this hotel

Best and Nice with economic prices and clean hygienic rooms. You can comfortably stay here with family also. Parking is adequate.

Dirty hotel don't book or visit wifi cut off conection ,, Tv connection asked said by hotel cut gaya ,, dirty hotel from bedsheets to bathroom from bed to interior exterior all no kitchen dirty people not hygiene at all
