Hotel Pitamber

The hotel location is very good and all staff members are very helpful and supportive and they are providing a safe parking area as well as a place. Suggestion for hotel chef - need to work on food quality of nonveg items specially butter chicken( when I visited that day I ordered butter chicken and when I started eating that time I felt some kind of smell from the butter chicken) But the rest of the service and food quality is very good and delicious

Hi check in 24 oct 2024 The recieption guy (manager) is very rude ( old guy) his age around 40-50 We are two man we check and took 1 room. Later we change mind we said we need 2 rooms. Then he investigation us why where how you become friends like we done the crime. I have been many hotels but i will not recommended. Hotel rooms not properly clean it look like some smell also no hot water no tv. These small things. They give you price by your face if you out of state expensive. Better take some other hotels this one wrost And dont take bike rent from this hotel he charges more

It's a worst decision to stay in this hotel,,,very bad behaviour of staff,,,,,the matress is hard like iron ,,, sweeping staff is not present in hotel,,when we ask the manager he answered cleaning staff is available only in morning,,, please

Their room is big and clean but we reached it late at night so we ordered everything too fast so we couldn't talk much about the service but the food was so awesome there bundi raita was amazing

Dirty linen, bedcover. Service is kind of good but not so great. Lift malfunctioning problem is irritating. No AC. Wi fi not working at all and seems dead. Dirty and smelly bathroom and they were forcing to reduce the use of water. Lights were irritating.

The view of this room is good. But that is all. The food was tasteless. No house keeping, broken furniture, nasty linen. I Can't understand why mmt include this type of hotel & allow his reputation to be ruined.

Ill never ever recommend this hotel to anyone's.dirty rooms dirty pillow cover bedsheet and quilt also. Poor cleaning. Geyser is not working. No room service. Very bitter experience. Reception person also not so active about complains, giving excuses again and again , i orderd coffee and got after 45 minuts. No hospitality there. No one is concerned about guest wellbeing. Zero rating from my side.

Very scenic hotel. Location is great where you can witness the beautiful landscapes. Comfortable rooms, good Manager (Gopal Mehra Ji) & staff.
