Hotel Milam Inn

Third class hotel with third class staff. First of all they had no idea that we are coming to check in . And started browsing the computer. Then after showing us the room which had no basic things kept ready like toiletries, towels , water and kettle. He came up with a dirty kettle after asking for it. Someone had already boiled milk in that few days before and was left uncleaned with a foul smell. Another thing We had already informed that we would be checking out early and there was nobody at the reception. Hopeless, senseless, untrained, zero hospitality. Wrong people placed in wrong business. Highly disappointed. Make my trip shouldn't have booked this hotel for us after reading the earlier reviews. We trusted you blindly but sheer disappointment. Wouldn't recommend either hereafter.

Oh my god, i wish i could give 0 stars but thats not possible. I have no idea how this place is even called a hotel given they have absolutely zero hospitality. services are horrible. I ordered food and got shit quality after 3 hours of waiting. I asked for toiletries and obviously they didn't arrive. Rooms are very very dirty and mouldy. Dustbins look like they have been spat in with paan and tobacco since years!! Absolutely no hygiene whatsoever and a super arrogant staff for no reason?!! This place might as well be the biggest scam in the name of hotels. I kid you not, the worst experience. NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL EVER.

Disappointing Experience I recently stayed at and had a very disappointing experience. The room was not clean, bed sheets with blood stains, dusty furniture and a foul-smelling bathroom. The service was unresponsive; I had to call multiple times for basic requests like extra towels, which took hours to arrive. The staff seemed indifferent, which added to the frustration. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations, especially considering the price and the hotel's reputation. I would not recommend this hotel unless they significantly improve their standards.

Worst experience! Even though I booked the hotel room in advance , on reaching the hotel the staff told me there was no room available and I have to pay more money and upgrade. And the staff and owner was extremely rude during the whole conversation. The issue got resolved when the travel platform support executive intervened and I was given an upgrade free of cost (thanks to the travel platform support). |The "elite" room that was given was not that elite. The jet spray was broken, mug in the bathroom was broken. An electric kettle was there but it was dirty.|Later on I found out by talking to my cab driver that this incidents are very common specifically in this hotel. Really surprised how this hotel got a good rating in trip advisor.

Hotel milam inn " which is situated in Almora of Uttarakhand. In the Milam Inn hotel here, all the food items and room arrangements are available. AVN best quality hotel has been provided to us in which all the requirements are being fulfilled under our facilities. Milam Inn hotel is very good. The facilities here are of good quality and everything is very beautiful.

Worst service ever... Shortage of staff,dirty rooms No breakfast was provided on on time because of shortage of staff I mean how does it concern us since we are paying in full.

View from the rooms is very good. You can spend a long time just sitting aside the window. Rooms are good. But due to less staff, service is not up to the mark. We ordered food for dinner and it took more than an hour. But to compensate this, hotel staff was very prompt next morning to avoid loosing their customer. I would suggest to check this hotel once, but have your meals outside if you don't want to wait for long.
