Hotel Janta Palace.

Disastrous Stay: Unprofessional Staff & Unacceptable Treatment I recently attended an event in town and management booked a room at 'Hotel Janta Palace' expecting a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, my experience was the worst I've ever had at a hotel. The event concluded at 11 pm, and my companion and I checked into the hotel, exhausted. However, the hotel owner and staff's behavior was shocking. They misbehaved with both of us, displaying unprofessionalism and disrespect. Feeling disrespected and unwelcome, we decided to check out immediately and find another hotel. The staff's attitude during checkout was equally appalling, treating us like we were checking out of a hostel rather than a hotel. *Advice to Others:* Avoid this hotel. Look elsewhere for a comfortable and respectful stay.

Worst hotel experience I ever had. Went there with my family...geyser was not working, too much mosquitoes. Asked staff to do something he said all out are over can't help. Beds were dirty had dirty sheets and dirty Toilets. I ordered Tea it had a mosquito in it. Rude behaviour of staff and behaviour of owner himself is very rude. Also he is asking for extra money when leaving saying you are late although we were only 5min late.He took extra Rs.1000/- . Owners is a Punjabi worst behaviour I have ever seen.

Very bad hotel staff was very rude & arogent , The service's are very pathetic, unavailability of water & electricity supply, owner and staff member are very offensive & irresponsible to all costomor

It is good hotel to stay with family, neat abd clean rooms with mount view Windies and attached bathrooms, it has A/C abd non AC rooms in reasonable rates

Very Good hotel with respect to price,situated near bustand and clean washrooms. Recommended place to stay.

I stayed here for two nights and I liked this hotel. Staff is good and helpful too. Best view of almora one can get from basement floor rooms. Rooms were clean and well maintained too.

Very bad hospitality they do not a bottle of water, and staff is very rude towards the customer, and they think that they are only hotel in almora. They do not ask a single cup of tea from customer, they are just providing the room only and nothing more than that.

Worst Hotel ever stayed. We stayed here for one night. They were unable to give water to go to wash room. Rooms are also not good. Will not recommend to anyone.
