Worst experience. 1. I pay all the amount in advance. 2. One Geyser is shared with two rooms. 3. My room was partition with the other room. I can listen the voice of my neighbour room. 3. Dinner was pathetic. Pls do not order food from here. 4. The room was not clean. When I entered there was mud all around the room. The staff was very unprofessional.

I am delhi based. I spent two days there. The staff is very good in nature. I read reviews before booking this property but trust me the service is amazing, the staff is very good in nature. Even i went with my 1.5 year old kid. He enjoyed it a lot there.

Pathetic rooms and unprofessional staff. Rooms were not at clean and property is very old and not at all maintained. Never book if you are with family or ladies. I checked out within 30 min after check in and paying advance. Will suggest just cross Mall road and drive for 3-4 km you will get much better option and new hotels with good rates(this is what is did and got good hotel after 3-4 km). Worst experience. All the postive reviews are fake as per experience. Better try to get KMVN rest house that is government got room in 2500 and was neat and clean.

Very bad experience. Toilet, staff and room all are bad. Staff's behavior is like foolishness. Please do not visit this hotel.

Owner of this hotel mannerless, rude behavior, fighting with customers, Pathetic rooms and no hot water, Rooms were not at clean and property is very old and not at all maintained. No food on time. Don't book this hotel ever..

Poor service, my car was parked 2 Km away from hotel. Food was average but costly. Rude nature of receptionist.

Real Heritage property... specious rooms, good people, I recommend it fully...
