Beautiful, tidy, serene, good food and hospitable staff are few words that truly reflects the experience at this place. The property overlooks mountains and pine trees with lots of local flowers and a vegetable garden inside the premises. Unlike a popular place which is full with people, there are just 5 guest rooms here which ensured a controlled & peaceful environment for guests. I loved it as it allowed us enough space and privacy even while accessing common areas. Rooms, bathroom and linen was clean. There is TV, cupboard and adequate natural and artificial lights in the room. There is a temple, post office, view point & shops offering tea and snacks within few kilometres of the property. Himdarshan Vatika has a good relationship with local people. While we were passing the habitation, the villagers were friendly & came out of the house to chat with us. We took some chamomile flowers from them to make tea which we sipped overlooking the mountains. Overall an awesome experience. I already want to visit this place again. It is convenient to locate on Google maps.

A blissfully quiet and peaceful location , away from the hustle & bustle of big cities. It offers excellent facilities along with delicious healthy food. The staff is friendly, courteous and attentive to any issues you may have. The rooms are clean and spacious.

The place is quite cosy, just four rooms or so and it's nestled right in front of the himalayan range, which at this time of the year, may be hidden from view. but it's a place where you can soak in all the fresh air and the sun and enjoy the delicious meals cooked by the two assistants who manage the place. the rooms are hygienic and spacious. the journey to the place can be a bit of a challenge with crazy hairpin bends and sharp turns. but you can easily spend couple of days or more here. We were a large group and some of us wanted to see the Shiv temple, so went there and got some great view of the chir trees.

A new lodge with 4 rooms only. But the room size is very good and the stary is comfortable. The staff is also very helpful. The price was too high. Need to bargain. It has a dining hall also. On a clear day, yiu can have a view of the Himalyan range with snow peaks.

Nice place to stay with all the basic amenities. Caretaker is very polite and courteous.

I stayed there for two days, and it was awesome. You can see the icecaps of the #himalayas and see an memorizing sunset. The caretaker is very helpful and make delicious food. Would recommend everybody to stay who would like to visit nearby Ranikhet

Its a very nyc place to spend the tym with frnds and family... food is made available hot & fresh - tasty, feels like home made. A very good place to visit for a quick weekend getaway. U get a great view of the mountains from the window of the room. Will definitely recommend to others.

If you are looking for complete rest in the lap of nature then this is the right place.||Fresh air, clear environment, fresh food, good hospitality, simple living. I went there for rejuvenation and came back fresh and recharged. ||You can have fresh food of your choice. Won't find pizza or burger like food. In the morning first thing attracts is the tall snow covered Himalaya view. When sun rays land on the peak of Himalaya, it shines. Splendid view.
