Treebo Trend Kasar Inn With Mountain View

Nice place with well maintained rooms. Right on the main road but not noisy. There is a walking path to the Kasar Devi Temple right across the road from the hotel. The lady who owns the place is very nice and friendly. Food is good. The chef is ill-behaved and left a bad taste in our mouth - which is why we left only after staying for a night.

The staff is quite cordial. Had a pleasant experience. If you are planning to visit Kasar Devi Temple on foot, the entry gate is just in front of the Hotel. The food was decent. The ambiance is also nice. Will visit again for sure. Thanks for making our stay comfortable. Bless you.

Not recommended, Room was not clean. Poor room service. No geyser in washroom with full of smell and dirty. High price and best part this property is not a part of Treebo Hotels only using fake name on Google. Very rude behaviour of Shubham Gupta being a owner he should try to improve instead of arguments with customers Just read the previous reviews mostly genuine people given a negative marking to this property . Very bad experience. Mostly good reviews are given for promotion by local travel guides

Even a single star appears to be too much. The attitude of owner was highly unsatisfactory. He should be more empathetic towards his guests, atleast for people like us who still believe that pahadis are nice and kind. I had a great experience visiting kasar devi but checking in (thank God I didn't stay) here was the worst experience ever. Owner did threaten me saying Duniya bahot chhoti hai, kahi bhi mil jaaoge ghar k bahar, but i ain't scared of giving a genuine review.

The room was clean and well-maintained, but our stay was disrupted by a water shortage and a non-functional geyser. This caused a lot of inconvenience and made the experience less comfortable than expected.

The best part of this Hotel is their staff and service. Professionalism is extremely impressive. Each and every staff are very pleasant and ready to help all the time. Even they didn't hesitate to put few extra effort to decorate the room on my request. Food was good though price is bit high. Overall stay was amazing and it's worth booking the place. Special thanks to Food and breweries manager there to suggest the best options as well as help with all requests. Will surely visit again soon.

Amazing place just a walk away from Kasar devi temple. Shubham is a great host. We had bike rides to nearby places and we're also invited to mid night birthday party by him.. very nice to meet and wonderful hotel they've maintained.
