Samada Hotel

Very good ambience and rooms. Room service people should have more pleasant face while servicing customers. Excellent service by Restaurant "Mr Yatendra Singh" as we came late and he had a very pleasing personality with a great smile. We ordered some items post closing time which was accepted and delivered with utmost care!

I recently attended a ring ceremony of my friends daughter during january winters. Hall was booked for half day from 12 to 6 pm. costing of the hall and food is charged per plate @900/ head. The staff and management is very cooperative and humble. they extend their services beyond their committment. Food is very nice not very spicy not very oily. Rooms are clean and hygeinic so are the washrooms. The AC were working well during winters. food items were kept on individual inductions to keep them hot. decoration was very nice. the DJ was offered complimentary. staff was very humble and prompt however there is always a need of some elderly to manage everything. Recommended.

I had a terrible experience at Samada Hotel. During my stay, one of their employees stole my Apple Watch, and the hotel management did absolutely nothing to help me recover it. Initially, they assured me that they would send the watch back via courier, but now they are completely denying everything and taking the side of their employee. This is beyond disappointing and shows a lack of integrity and responsibility from the hotel staff. I expected at least some accountability, but instead, I was met with dishonesty and unprofessionalism. If you value your belongings and a trustworthy hotel experience, I strongly advise you to stay elsewhere!

DO NOT STAY HERE! STAFF STOLE OUR APPLE WATCH We had a horrible experience at this hotel. The cleaning staff stole our Apple Watch from our room, and when we reported it, the management did nothing to help. It was clear the staff was covering up for the thief and avoiding any investigation. The management was extremely uncooperative and did not take the matter seriously. If you value your belongings, AVOID THIS PLACE. The staff here is dishonest, and the management protects them. Stay away unless you want your stuff stolen!

The banquet hall is at a beautiful location with access from all sides. Parking may be cumbersome if more vehicles are there. Rooms are good, banquet hall is also good but service is not upto the mark.

I recently stayed at nice hotel and had a wonderful experience.A special mention to the Miss Anjali singh, very polite helpful..... Very good experience.

This review is for their food, restaurant and its staff which is named the green terrace. The food is sub par ,the quality of raw materials like paneer or chicken was not good ,like it tasted bad. The food order got messed up due to which starters came 20mins apart. Bill and mouth freshener was given before the finger bowl which came in after asking 5 times. I asked them to pack the leftovers and they packed the sabji in foil ? And not even a container . Prices of everything is a 100/- more than what their food tastes like. Wouldn't recommend as there are plenty and much better options at lower price range than this nearby.
