I had a very pleasant experience at this hotel. The staff were courteous, and the management ensured excellent service throughout my stay. The team was highly cooperative, and the Gujarati food was truly enjoyable. Their warm hospitality made it a welcoming place for every tourist.

Very good hotel. It's food is also very delicious. Service is also good. They give us just like five star hotel facility in low budget.

Pros: Location is good. You can easily find the hotel. Reception desk and employees all were very polite and food was great. They'll assist you. Cons: Hygiene is the problem. Toilets, rooms, side tables and other things I did not find clean. I guess they can work on that. I did not like the fact that despite booking a month prior the rooms were not ready. Although they told us their check-in time and the site through which we booked was different i.e. 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm. So can't blame them on that. Although, when asked to clean, they did it immediately. Manager was very cooperative. Overall it was a fine stay. They can improve a little and the hotel will be great to stay!

The room was quite small and felt cramped for three people. The bathroom was just average--not very clean or well-maintained. While the in-house dining food tasted good, the prices were unreasonably high. The most disappointing part of our stay was the lack of basic hospitality. We had to leave around 7:30 AM one day, and since breakfast was included with our booking, I politely asked if they could arrange something a bit earlier. They refused, stating breakfast is only served from 8 AM. I even requested just some bread and butter for my elderly parents who needed to eat before taking their medication, especially since we were heading to Ayodhya and it's hard to find restaurants open that early. The front desk staff were completely indifferent and didn't even try to help. It was extremely frustrating -- how difficult is it to offer something as simple as bread? I would not recommend this place for families, especially if you're looking for even the slightest bit of consideration or flexibility.

Its was very good experience of mine, we were 20 people of group stayed there, was such good services from the hotel management.. overall we all satisfied with the services

It was a great experience to stay in this hotel. The hospitality of this place and people was very good, as we were new to the place the staff helps us a lot about were to go and at what time we should visits the places. Thanks to the people here we had a great trip..

Staff are very supportive & polit. Feel like Friend... We stayed for 3 nights and felt good. Food was delicious Yogesh sir and team thanks to decorate My friend birthday celebration.
