Had a great stay at Hotel Govindham Resort, Mathura. The food and stay were both really good--delicious meals and comfortable rooms. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Shourav, who made our experience even better with his excellent service. The environment is very child-friendly, which made it perfect for our family. Loved the food service and overall hospitality. Definitely recommend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Mathura!

We recently celebrated my brother's wedding at Govindam Resort on 11th May 2025, and I must say, it was nothing short of spectacular. The entire arrangement was simply flawless--from the stunning decor to the seamless management, every detail was handled with utmost professionalism and care. The venue itself was beautifully maintained and provided the perfect blend of elegance and comfort. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that all our guests were well taken care of, and the hospitality was truly top-notch. The food was delicious with a wide variety of options that pleased every palate. Each function was executed with precision, and the event flowed smoothly without a single hiccup. We had an excellent experience staying at The Govindam Resort. The rooms were spacious, hygienic, and well-maintained, and the food at the restaurant was sooo delicious and reasonably priced. The resort's lush green surroundings and tranquil atmosphere provided a peaceful retreat, perfect for relaxation.||One of the best features of this resort was its convenient location. During busy times when many roads were barricaded, the road leading to this resort remains open, making it easily accessible. E-rickshaws were readily available, and key attractions like Prem Mandir and Bankey Bihari Mandir were just nearby.||The resort also has a beautiful gardens, where we enjoyed quiet walks and quality time. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly polite, humble, and attentive, ensuring a delightful stay. I highly recommend The Govindam Resort to anyone visiting Vrindavan!

We were initially provided with used comforters and bed linens. After several calls, they replaced the comforters, but the new ones were even worse than the original ones. The bed linens, however, were never changed. Additionally, the washroom was in poor condition, with hair and mud stains, making us question whether it had been properly cleaned. There were also no doormats provided in the bathrooms. Room service was unresponsive, which only added to our frustration. As for the restaurant, while the staff was working hard, they struggled to manage even 10 guests. The service was slow, and improvements are definitely needed. Overall, our stay was disappointing, especially considering the amount we paid. Unfortunately, we had no other option but to stay there.

Spacious, clean and beautiful rooms. The restaurant's atmosphere and food are also good. The only minus point is that the exhaust fan in the bathroom was not working at all, which made it a bit difficult to get ready in the morning. Management should work on this immediately.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, and the food was absolutely delicious. We stayed for one night and enjoyed both dinner and breakfast at the property, which were reasonably priced. The check-in process was smooth, and Krishna at the reception was very helpful and welcoming. The room was clean, spacious, and perfect for a comfortable family stay. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway!

An amazing place in the holy city! The service was excellent--quick, responsive, and courteous staff who made our stay even more enjoyable. The food was delicious, and my family and I had a wonderful experience. The rooms were very spacious, adding to the comfort. Highly recommended!

A very nice place to stay. little bit far away from main attractions but you will find peace while staying inside this hotel. Ample place for parking , Garden area for kids to play. Restaurant is also very good food is delicious and prepared fresh.
