kinda okay okay hotel stayed with family for 2.5 days got okay okay deal room was good like fridge ac tv all working fine attitude was good (current) well they can improve in hospitality (owner was nice but the staff can do more to make feel welcoming) and ig if they did daily housekeeping it would be nicer to have my room cleaned daily. rest i didn't found any else problems.

Extremely Disappointing Experience - Not Worth the Price! This was by far one of the worst hotel stays I've ever had. The room was poorly maintained--dirty floors, stained sheets and a foul smell that never went away. Room service was a complete disaster; not only was it incredibly slow, but the staff seemed uninterested and rude. To top it all off, the prices were ridiculously high for the substandard experience offered. Absolutely not worth the money. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This is by far the worst hotel i had to stay in , the behaviour of the staff is extremely annoying, nothing is done on time not to mention the attitude , the price is way too high taking into consideration the distance the rooms the service almost everything, not worth a penny..... The staff wont even clean the rooms theyll say it to your face. There is no ventilation at all and the ac wont work.. but still the attitude is like the stuff doesn't own the hotel they own youu.. you wont find any autos or e rikshaw, its way too far theyll tell you its only few meters but it is not....would recommend not to visit this place at all...

I would suggest you not to stay on this hostel,it would be way better to stay on road rather than this hotel after paying such a amount. The satf behaviour is not friendly,they are very annoying... The service provided by them is the worst I have ever faced... The rooms were very poorly maintained

The hotel is too far and you wont get any rickshaw for the temples. The attitude of the staff is very annoying. They will not clean. They wont provide you with basic necessity. Not worth a penny

The hotel is not worth it at all. It's very poorly maintained and is too far from every temple . The attitude of the staff is also not at all good. Even water is not provided to you and there is no shop for the same nearby too

The location is very far from the BakeBihari temple. You need E-Rikshaw. It is better to pay room charges extra near to BakeBihari temple. Because you have to pay rikshaw charges every time. Rooms are very small. And not hygiene. Stain on the Bedsheets.

This is a very budget hotel, and it's quiet OK for the price (around 1000inr), it is situated little inside 100ft road and you can walk to 1.2 km to Prem mandir, e rikshaw also available after 5 min walk. The water of whole Vrindavan is very salty, but they've made available water cooler for free so you can refill your water bottle, for the price everything was quite fine but at the end during checkout the owner on the pretext of seeing booking Id took my phone and rated himself 5 star through the booking.com app. This isn't ethical, I was already going to rate property 5 star but now I've deleted the ratings, so a little headsup, don't give him your phone. Also pre book online as they don't entertain spot on booking and will quote you price higher than online.
